This jacket, you guys, OMG, it's the best jacket. I got this jacket & these boots out of our Manhattan Mini-Storage unit Friday night. The jacket is a vintage 80's ski-suit which I also own the pants to - and the boots are STEVEN by Steve Madden and they are not only comfortable walking boots, but also excellent bicycle riding boots.

Tonight we went on a quick trip to the Upper West Side to see Peaches do Jesus Christ Superstar all by herself. My purse is just hanging on my 'bars.
Peaches' singing was really impressive. Matt liked the outfits. (There were only 2 outfits, but I appreciated his commentary.)

The UWS was festive. If we stick around NYC for a long time, I'd love to live over there.

This was also one of the quickest, shortest bike-date trips we've been on. Just across the park and down a few blocks.
Matt forgot his glubs. Misery.

BUT - 42º felt so warm after my ride last week in 24º! I felt unstoppable tonight in the warmth and with all the lights around.

He's almost looking at me and letting me take his photo!

The Peaches performance was nice. It wasn't one of the most amazing things I've ever been to, but her singing voice is really nice. I love her. Not like I love Maddow, but I still love Peaches a lot.
The venue was the Ethical Society Culture center or something and the concert hall is just like a church. The seats were numbered, but we were sitting in pews. The drinks were HUGE. (speaking of church) I had a double rum & coke. Yum!

She had on a giant, gold lame open-sleeve dolman jacket in the 2nd act. Her accompaniment pianist was fantastic. That's all she had. Just Peaches + Piano.
Tomorrow I'm going to the BUST Craftacular, then next week will be busy then I go to Arkanasas! I'm spending Christmas Day on a FARM! I can't wait!
